Our Story

We operate only the properties we own, and we empower our team members to make decisions on behalf of our residents. In 2008, principal Jerry Reimer partnered with Scott Semrad to establish Urban Village, adding 500 apartment homes in midtown Omaha. Today, Urban Waters and Urban Village together serve more than 1,200 residents across 30+ properties.
